Providing Laura Pearce Ltd with email and postal addresses will ensure that you are up to date with all internet sales and special events. This information will not be shared or sold to any outside parties. Please contact customer service if you would like to be taken off our mailing / email list.

Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item within 10 days of the date of shipment for a full refund. If the item showing signs of wear, resized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

Please take time to read this important information.

  • Returns will not accepted without an RA# (return authorization number).
  • Email us at orders@laurapearce.com and explain the nature of the return.
  • A customer service representative will contact you with a RA#. Please write the RA# on the outside of the box. Packages will not be accepted without the RA#.
  • Please keep the RA# for your records as it will be needed to check the status of your return.
  • Make sure items are in their original product boxes.
  • The return package must be post marked within 10 business days of receipt, after this time the RA# becomes void.
